Entering the Rutland Room visitors enjoy original embossed Victorian wallpapers in calming, neutral tones. Situated at the foot of the sweeping staircase, the Library can accommodate up to 40 seated guests, with the capacity increasing for cocktail gatherings or for more informal functions.

The Sanctuary, overlooking Rutland Gardens and Hyde Park, has three inter-connecting rooms. The largest single space within Kent House again provides an elegant neutral backdrop and highly flexible space.
