In total there is 525 square metres of event space, but this can easily be divided to accommodate a dinner dance with a separate reception area for 260 guests, a smaller dining space for groups of 50 upwards or reception space for 500 guests. Flexibility is the reality at Delfina.

Delfina's 'Urban Garden' is installed from mid April until the end of September and provides a fabulous outdoor space within easy reach of the City. The garden is decked out with some great 'chillout' white furniture, beautiful plants and a garden umbrellas to provide shelter from the summer showers! The adjoining galleries house the reception area complete with cool LED lighting, a large bar and sofa area and the dining room with a large dancefloor.

Packages are available for dinners, barbecues or bowl food with a choice from our delicious new summer menus. A Pimm's reception is also included as are unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks, super friendly staff, great music and a gorgeous party design! Delfina has long been known as a blank canvas for conferences and creative product launches and now, with investment in new lighting, sound and projection, it offers a turnkey meetings and conference facility for up to 120 delegates in the fully air-conditioned gallery space. With all-inclusive Day Delegate Rates from just £55 + VAT, you can stage your event in a creative and exclusive environment for less than most London hotels!

The flexible 'Conference Box' concept can also be used for smaller boardroom meetings with the external space used for breakout areas; for larger productions both galleries can be hired on a bespoke basis increasing the capacity to 300 delegates depending on seating style and production.
